Selecting Appropriate Training Methods
To help people gain new awareness and information that will translate into changes in
attitudes and behavior, you must choose training methods that correspond to the changes
you hope to accomplish. A variety of training strategies will ensure that the learning
needs of all types of participants are met. The list below provides some suggested training
